SNW is in active development. The exhibits published here are mock-ups of exhibits and may change by launch. The workshop will also be offering seasonal experiences which will be included here.
Noah's Ark Playset
This will be our anchor exhibit and feature free play using slides, ball pits and large stuffed animals. Children will be encouraged to use teamwork via various cooperative play elements to get the animals into their correct cages. The play set will use environmental effects to make the children feel like they are inside Noah's Ark.
Religious Artwork
Children and their parents will be able to create different kinds of religious art by following a directed drawing video. In this video, a children's artist will provide step by step instructions to help everyone create works of beauty!
Letters to St. Nick
Families will be able to write a letter to St. Nick asking for prayer requests. Older parishioners will write back and commit to praying for the families who visit our workshop.
AR Sandbox
Using Augmented Reality technology, children will be able to contemplate the goodness of creation by creating the earth in real time within our sandbox.
Sacramental Church Playset
Families will be able to explore the sacraments through a Church play set. Children will be able to dress up as saints and play the Mass. This play-set will also feature an interactive, video-based Confessional to make the sacrament of Confession more accessible
Secret Door
Families will enter the workshop through a Secret Door similar to “The Chronicles of Narnia.”
